Why book us

Feeding a lawn isn't spreading random pellets.

Different turf varieties want different NPK ratios at different times of year. Our crew are qualified horticulturists who actually pick the right product — not whatever was at the bottom of the ute.

🧪

Right product for the turf

Couch, kikuyu, buffalo, zoysia — each takes a different feed strategy. We match the product to the lawn.

🗓

Seasonal programs

Spring start, summer maintenance, autumn pre-winter feed. Not one-and-done.

🔍

Pest & disease ID

We spot army worm, lawn grub, dollar spot, rust and brown patch — and treat before they devastate the lawn.

Commercial spray licensed

Licensed to apply commercial fertilisers and pesticides. SDS records kept for every application.

🌿

Garden beds too

Slow-release fertiliser for established plants, blood-and-bone for established gardens, specialist feeds for natives & roses.

Childcare & school safe

Where chemicals are used, applied on closure days with SDS records handed to your director or BM.

Common questions

Fertilising & pest FAQs.

How often does my lawn need feeding?

Most lawns benefit from 2–4 applications per year. A typical program: spring start-up, summer maintenance, autumn pre-winter feed. Some lawns also want a winter iron/wetting agent application.

I've got brown patches. What's wrong?

Could be army worm, lawn grub, dollar spot fungus, dog urine, mower scalping, drainage, or compaction. We'll come and ID it rather than guess.

Is the fertiliser safe for kids and pets?

Most modern fertilisers are safe after watering-in. We let you know the re-entry interval for each product applied. SDS records available on request.

Can I just buy fertiliser from Bunnings and do it myself?

You can — but the most common DIY mistakes are wrong product, wrong rate (usually too much), and wrong timing. A bag of "lawn fert" applied incorrectly can burn the lawn. We're happy to advise if you want to keep DIY going.

What about organic / chemical-free options?

Yes — blood-and-bone, compost top-dressing, organic pellets, seaweed extracts. Slower acting but appropriate for some sites (especially childcare and food gardens).
