How fast can you turn around a sale-prep tidy?

For active listings — typically 48 hours from quote-accept, sometimes faster. We'll prioritise listings on tight timelines if you let us know the photo or open-home date.

Can you bill the owner direct or via our trust account?

Both. We can invoice direct-to-owner with a copy to the agent, or via your trust account if that's how your office prefers to handle it.

Do you do regular maintenance on rentals?

Yes. Many of our clients are property managers running scheduled monthly or quarterly maintenance on rental portfolios — a fixed fee per property, one invoice batch per month.

Can you provide entry/exit condition photos?

Yes — front, back, side gardens with timestamped photos sent to the PM. Useful for tribunal evidence and tenant disputes.

What about vacant properties between tenancies?

We can run a low-cost maintenance schedule on vacant rentals — typically every 4–6 weeks — so they're always ready to show without a panic tidy.
