Common questions

What committees and building managers ask first.

How do you handle the AGM / budget cycle?

We provide an annual fixed-fee maintenance plan that's easy to drop into the committee budget. End-of-year summary on request — including photos and a record of any incidental works.

Do residents need to be home or move things?

For common-area work, no. We bring our own water and power where possible, and work around resident movements. For balcony/courtyard-adjacent work we'll give a heads-up via the building manager.

Can you handle multi-property portfolios across a BMC?

Yes. We can schedule across multiple complexes under one contract, one contact and one invoice cycle. Useful for body-corporate managers handling 5–20 buildings.

What about storm damage between scheduled visits?

We respond to incidental works as quickly as our schedule allows — usually within 24–72 hours. Quoted separately or rolled into the next visit at the committee's preference.

Do you provide before/after photos for committee meetings?

Happy to. Especially useful for large pruning works, hedge restorations, and end-of-year reporting. Provided as a simple shared folder or emailed PDF.
