For common-area work, no. We bring our own water and power where possible, and work around resident movements. For balcony/courtyard-adjacent work we'll give a heads-up via the building manager.
Yes. We can schedule across multiple complexes under one contract, one contact and one invoice cycle. Useful for body-corporate managers handling 5–20 buildings.
We respond to incidental works as quickly as our schedule allows — usually within 24–72 hours. Quoted separately or rolled into the next visit at the committee's preference.
