No. Once we've done the onsite walk-through and you're happy with the schedule, we let ourselves in via gate/side access. We'll text the night before so pets and toys can be secured.
Yes — but be aware that regular maintenance is usually better value over time, and gardens that have been let go often need a "reset" visit first (longer, more expensive) before regular work makes sense.
Yes — we have ride-on capacity for larger blocks. For sites over an acre we'll quote on a per-visit basis and discuss the best frequency.
Polite around both. We'll text before arriving so pets can be inside and toys collected. Crew is hi-vis and friendly.
Yes — we hold a commercial spray licence, which means we can apply selective herbicides, pesticides and fertilisers properly. SDS records are kept for every chemical used.
Common request. We'll quote a one-off reset to get the garden to "exit condition" — mow, edge, hedge, weed, blow-down, sometimes a mulch top-up. Usually achievable within a week.
